Sophie advises on a range of property law and agribusiness matters across Australia, whether as standalone matters or in conjunction with M&A deals, including acquisitions and disposals of commercial, rural and residential property; retail and commercial leasing; due diligence; water acquisitions, leasing and tenders; FIRB advice; titling and body corporate matters; carbon or reef credit agreements; renewable energy projects and agribusiness.

Sophie has acted for many clients, including fund managers, family groups, landlords, foreign entities, publicly listed companies, property developers and key agricultural players.

Sophie takes a practical approach in drafting and negotiating for her clients and focuses on delivering timely advice while securing the best possible commercial terms for her clients. She takes pride in developing long term relationships with her clients and assisting across their full property portfolios.
