Chris is a corporate lawyer who advises clients in relation to mergers and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements, funding, governance and general commercial matters.
Prior to joining Talbot Sayer, Chris worked in the Corporate / M&A team HSF Kramer in Sydney and London, as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary of a Sydney headquartered PE-backed healthcare company and as Head of Legal & Compliance (ANZ) at an ASX-listed financial services organisation. He is solutions oriented and enjoys applying a pragmatic commercial approach to complex legal problems.
