

David is a lawyer in Talbot Sayer’s Property team with a particular focus on commercial and agricultural property acquisitions and disposals, commercial, industrial, and retail leasing, property development, renewable energy, residential transactions, and general property law.
In addition to public and private corporations, David has acted for universities, religious organisations, liquidators and receivers, state government departments and statutory authorities across a range of property matters.
He has had over 10 years’ experience working in property law. David’s length and breadth of experience enables him to identify key issues for clients and he strives to obtain optimal commercial results and minimise risks in transactions.
