Johanna is a banking and finance lawyer advising clients on a broad range of finance transactions with a particular focus on acquisition finance, invoice finance and general corporate finance.

Prior to joining Talbot Sayer, Johanna worked in-house at a non-bank lender working with companies across diverse industries on a wide range of finance matters.
