

Alisha is a leader of Talbot Sayer’s commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice and has broad and varied experience in commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on corporate disputes, contractual disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy and debt and asset recovery.
Alisha has acted for a range of clients, such as the big four banks, mid-large companies, publicly listed companies, shareholders, founders, directors and insolvency practitioners, working closely with them in all aspects of the commercial dispute resolution and insolvency processes.
Alisha is a trusted advisor and takes the time to understand the client’s business and overall objectives in order to tailor advice and strategy for each matter which drives commercially focused solutions to her clients’ disputes.
