Chris is a Special Counsel in our Property team. Before joining Talbot Sayer, he was a Partner at a leading London law firm, where he acted for established developers, retailers, investment companies, private offices and commercial landlords.
With more than 18 years’ experience practising in Australia and the UK, Chris advises on all aspects of commercial property transactions including leasing, acquisitions and disposals, development projects and real estate finance. He is regularly engaged on high‑value, complex matters across the office, housing, retail, leisure and hospitality and industrial sectors.
