Jack has experience across all aspects of Intellectual Property, including trade marks, domain names, copyright, patents and designs, and confidential information. Jack has experience in relation to both commercial IP agreements and advisory work and IP disputes and enforcement work. Jack aims to provide commercial and targeted advice by applying the law and an understanding of the client’s business to the issues.
Prior to joining Talbot Sayer, Jack worked at a specialist IP firm providing contentious and non-contentious IP and branding advice and being involved in numerous Trade Marks Office proceedings and Federal Court and High Court proceedings regarding IP.
