Andrew is the head of Talbot Sayer’s commercial practice and has experience advising on a wide range of commercial transactions. He has advised on corporate and commercial deals across a range of industry sectors including media and technology, natural resources, real estate and construction, life sciences, shipping and logistics, infrastructure and financial services.
Prior to joining Talbot Sayer, Andrew was a partner in the London office of leading international law firm Reed Smith LLP and spent nine years advising on various transactions throughout Europe, Asia and the US.
