

Jennifer advises clients on a wide range of commercial matters, providing both transactional and advisory services specialising in privacy and data security, IT contracting, competition and consumer law, and intellectual property strategy, protection and commercialisation.
Jennifer has a broad set of experiences developed through private practice and in-house, enabling her to focus on delivering pragmatic commercial outcomes. Her experience in technical and operational roles prior to becoming a lawyer, and her continued passion in emerging technologies, means she is well placed to advise on technical transactions and matters.
Jennifer assists a broad range of clients from start-ups to publicly-listed companies to public sector, across a wide range of industries including technology, retail, energy and resources, financial services, agribusiness, hospitality, tourism, and creative industries.
Jennifer also provides compliance and training programs for clients, including on privacy and data security, competition and consumer legislation, and intellectual property protection and enforcement.
