Jeremy is a corporate lawyer with particular experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures and general corporate advisory.
Having a significant amount of deal experience, Jeremy efficiently advises on and progresses the whole of the deal process, identifying and solving the key deal risks, all while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and deal advisers in a responsive and professional way.
By thoroughly understanding a client’s goals and requirements, and focussing on what is important in the deal, he cost-effectively progresses matters by presenting solutions that require as little “back-and-forth” discussion and drafting as possible.
Prior to joining Talbot Sayer, Jeremy worked at a Brisbane-based law firm which provided him with significant experience in a wide variety of legal areas, including property, commercial, litigation and corporate law. This experience means Jeremy is well-equipped to deliver optimal outcomes for clients operating in varying industries.
