Meg is an experienced workplace relations and safety lawyer with a background in advising a range of clients across various industries.
Meg provides strategic, practical and outcome-driven advice to employers on wide-ranging employment, industrial relations, discrimination and safety matters. Meg has extensive experience with litigation across various jurisdictions, including on a landmark general protections matter in the Federal Court, including a successful appeal before the Full Federal Court and on defending a Special Leave application to the High Court of Australia. Meg is experienced in defending general protections claims, industrial disputes, bullying, unfair and unlawful dismissal claims, workplace health and safety, discrimination and harassment matters.
Prior to joining Talbot Sayer, Meg worked within a highly regarded specialist workplace relations practice at a Brisbane based mid-tier law firm.
