Lucinda is an experienced commercial and technology lawyer specialising in complex commercial matters, procurements and technology transactions.
Lucinda provides strategic insight and advice to both the private and public sectors in commercial matters including advising on intellectual property, risk management, liability, data security, privacy, competition and consumer law, government procurement processes, contract management and disputes, and technology transactions.
Prior to joining Talbot Sayer, Lucinda was special counsel at a highly regarded boutique firm, spent 10 years at Clayton Utz (in Canberra and London) and was in house counsel for a global energy company in London.
