

Phillip advises clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, incorporated and unincorporated joint ventures, and advising on FIRB.
Phillip advises clients across a variety of sectors. He has recently advised Australian and multinational clients in relation to acquisitions, sales, joint ventures and major commercial contracts in the energy and natural resources, renewables, agribusiness, construction, property development, insurance and financial services sectors.
Phillip has significant experience both in Australia and abroad, working on domestic and cross-border transactions. Prior to joining Talbot Sayer, he worked at Herbert Smith Freehills. He has also worked at leading law firms in Argentina and is fluent in Spanish.
