Robert is a solicitor in the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice. He has experience acting for clients in a broad range of complex commercial matters, including corporate disputes, commercial property matters, debt recovery, and claims under the Australian Consumer Law. While he advises on all aspects of commercial litigation, Robert has a strong preference for resolving disputes through alternative means such as negotiation, mediation, and expert determination.
Before joining Talbot Sayer, Robert worked as an eDiscovery consultant at a top-tier law firm.
Robert graduated from the University of Queensland in 2023 with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts, and is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland.
