

Sarah is a corporate lawyer with particular experience in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate advisory. Sarah assists clients with a wide range of corporate law matters and assists in all aspects of these matters including due diligence, preparation and negotiation of transaction documents and completion processes.
Sarah enjoys combining her legal and commerce knowledge to understand both the technical and commercial issues for clients. In doing so, she is able to provide tailored advice to clients and create strategic and client-focused solutions.
She has played a key role on a number of large transactions since joining Talbot Sayer in 2021.
